• What you'll be doing
• We are seeking a Head of Retail to lead and elevate one of our luxury brands.
• This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving commercial performance, enhancing client experience, and shaping the next phase of growth within a dynamic and evolving retail concept.
• This role requires a strong balance between strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a deep understanding of luxury retail, people development, and customer-centric environments.
• Drive a client-centric culture, elevating the in-store experience and service standards
• Lead the overall retail performance, ensuring delivery of sales, profitability, and key commercial KPIs
• Oversee and develop large, multi-functional teams, fostering engagement, performance, and retention
• Play a key role in the evolution and transformation of the retail concept, including services and experiential elements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, operations, and digital
• Ensure excellence in store operations, visual presentation, and execution standards
• Identify opportunities for growth, including new initiatives, partnerships, and activations
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the business with key clients and external partners
• What you’ll need to succeed
• Proven track record of leading large teams and driving high performance
• Strong experience in luxury retail management, ideally within complex or multi-brand environments
• Solid commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering against KPIs
• A highly customer-centric mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional client experiences
• Ability to operate both strategically and operationally, with a hands-on leadership style
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments, with agility and adaptability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
