About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Head Photographer and Videographer to lead our visual content strategy.
As a key member of our digital media marketing team, you will be responsible for capturing stunning visuals and crafting engaging video content that elevates our brand and drives audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision for all visual and video content, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and advertising campaigns.
Video Production: Produce engaging videos, from concept development to final editing, including corporate videos, product demos, and social media content.
Post-Production: Edit and color-correct photos and videos, ensuring a consistent and professional look.
Equipment Management: Maintain and upgrade our photography and videography equipment.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional visual solutions.
Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in photography, videography, and video editing techniques.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head Photographer and Videographer in a digital media or marketing agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional photography and videography skills.
Proficiency in professional photography and videography equipment.
Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong understanding of lighting techniques and composition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Passion for storytelling and creating visually stunning content.
