Head of Procurement and Contracts

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Head of Procurement and Contracts to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Procurement and Contracts department across all company projects
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and company objectives
• Oversee sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and selection of contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing structures, and framework agreements
• Ensure cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of materials and services
• Manage contract lifecycle including drafting, review, administration, variations, and claims
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Coordinate closely with Development, Construction, Finance, and Legal teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and international best practices
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement and contracts team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement and contracts within real estate development or construction
• Proven experience in a leadership or Head-level role
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contract administration, and commercial management
• Experience managing large-scale development projects in the UAE or GCC
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and financial understanding
• Fluent English communication skills (Russian or Arabic is an advantage)
