Overview
We’re supporting a leading UAE-based organisation in hiring a Head of PLM Transformation, a senior leadership role driving large-scale digital and operational transformation across the construction sector.
Oracle Unifier experience is essential for this role
The Role
This position will take ownership of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) strategy, leading enterprise-wide initiatives and ensuring successful implementation of Oracle Unifier across complex projects.
You’ll operate at both strategic and execution levels, working closely with senior stakeholders while leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end PLM transformation strategy
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Unifier (mandatory)
- Deliver large-scale digital transformation programs
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams and Agile squads
- Ensure alignment across engineering, finance, IT, and business functions
- Drive change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor success through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in PLM transformation within construction or infrastructure
- Mandatory expertise in Oracle Unifier
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level transformation programs
- Strong leadership and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent stakeholder management at executive level
