Head Of People & Culture

on behalf of one of our clients, a leading organization based in

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

, recognized for its dynamic work environment, values-driven leadership, and commitment to employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a people-first culture strategy that fosters engagement, belonging, and performance.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, and retention.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership to align people and business strategies.
  • Lead culture transformation, change management, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Build frameworks for succession planning, capability development, and leadership growth.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with Saudi labor laws and aligned with international best practices.
  • Champion DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) efforts and ensure a psychologically safe workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior-level HR or People & Culture leadership role.
  • Proven success in culture development, employee engagement, and organizational transformation in
  • KSA.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and regional HR trends.
  • HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) are a strong advantage.
  • Experience in purpose-driven, fast-paced, and multicultural organizations is highly valued.

  • Empathetic leader with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about building inclusive, transparent, and high-performance cultures.
  • Hands-on with a strategic mindset.
  • Skilled in HR analytics, culture mapping, and talent architecture.
