About Railbus

RAILBUS is developing a next-generation public transportation system designed to transform urban mobility through innovative engineering and affordable infrastructure.

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are establishing a dedicated Partners Department responsible for managing relationships with high-value Investors and Founding Partners from around the world.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to establish and lead the RAILBUS Partners Department.

This is not a traditional sales position.

The department's role is to professionally manage qualified investor enquiries generated through global marketing campaigns, build long-term relationships, and guide Investors and Founding Partners through the participation process.

The successful candidate will build the department from the ground up and recruit, train, and manage a team of Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the RAILBUS Partners Department.
  • Lead a team of Account Managers.
  • Develop CRM workflows and follow-up systems.
  • Manage high-value investor relationships.
  • Conduct video meetings with qualified Investors and Founding Partners.
  • Coordinate meetings with the Founder and CEO.
  • Improve conversion rates through professional relationship management.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Continuously improve the investor journey.

Required Qualifications

  • Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing teams.
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Investor Relations
  • Private Equity
  • Venture Capital
  • Wealth Management

• Family Office Relationships

  • Corporate Fundraising
  • Capital Raising

• High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Management

  • Investment Advisory
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management experience.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience working with investors participating in private companies.
  • Experience managing investment opportunities exceeding US$100,000.
  • Arabic or Hindi language is an advantage, although English is required.
