Head of Operations / Operations Manager – CMA Category 1 Regulated Brokerage (UAE)

*A UAE CMA Category 1 regulated Forex/CFD brokerage is seeking an experienced and highly capable operations manager / head of operations to join its leadership team in Dubai.*

*We are specifically looking for professionals with real operational experience within regulated Forex/CFD brokerage environments who understand institutional operational standards, regulatory expectations, and brokerage operational governance.*

***Mandatory Requirements***

*- SCA/CMA accredited or previously approved within a regulated brokerage environment*

*- Proven Forex/CFD brokerage operational experience in the UAE*

*- Strong understanding of:*

*- MT5 operational environment*

*- client onboarding & KYC workflows*

*- reconciliation & treasury operations*

*- PSP/payment operations*

*- operational controls & reporting*

*- CRM/back-office systems*

*- audit and regulator-facing operational procedures*

*- Experience managing brokerage operational teams and workflows*

*- Ability to coordinate effectively across Compliance, Risk, Finance, Dealing, IT, and Customer Support departments*
