Head of Operations / Operations Manager – CMA Category 1 Regulated Brokerage (UAE)

About This Role
A UAE CMA Category 1 regulated Forex/CFD brokerage is seeking an experienced and highly capable operations manager / head of operations to join its leadership team in Dubai.
We are specifically looking for professionals with real operational experience within regulated Forex/CFD brokerage environments who understand institutional operational standards, regulatory expectations, and brokerage operational governance.
Mandatory Requirements
- SCA/CMA accredited or previously approved within a regulated brokerage environment
- Proven Forex/CFD brokerage operational experience in the UAE
- Strong understanding of:
- MT5 operational environment
- client onboarding & KYC workflows
- reconciliation & treasury operations
- PSP/payment operations
- operational controls & reporting
- CRM/back-office systems
- audit and regulator-facing operational procedures
- Experience managing brokerage operational teams and workflows
- Ability to coordinate effectively across Compliance, Risk, Finance, Dealing, IT, and Customer Support departments

- Experience supporting brokerage growth, governance, and operational scalability
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and high-performance regulated environment
