Project Highlights
- Total built-up area: 10,000 sqm
- Core event space: 200–300 sqm
- Commercial leasing area: 2,000 sqm
- Includes museum, gallery, library, café, workshops, and cultural spaces
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall park operations, visitor experience, and brand environment
- Plan and execute weekly, monthly, and seasonal events
- Manage public cultural facilities including museums, galleries, and libraries
- Oversee lifestyle and experiential businesses such as cafés, cocoa experiences, and family workshops
- Drive traffic and business synergies across affiliated ventures
- Build a strong local brand presence and social media influence
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative parks, cultural destinations, tourism projects, mixed-use developments, or commercial operations
- Strong event planning and execution capabilities
- Proven track record in destination marketing and audience growth
- Fluent English communication skills
