Overview
- 主要职责
- 起草、审阅及谈判各类商业与金融协议（包括 LMA 格式的银团/双边贷款文件、账户条款、NDA、供应商协议等）
- 就公司、银行及监管事务提供法律建议，识别并管控法律风险
- 负责 DIFC/DFSA 监管合规事务，及 FATCA/CRS 义务的落实与管理
- 维护公司文件及法律档案，管理外部律所关系及法律预算
- 为内部员工开展法律与合规培训
- 硬性条件：
- 法学本科（LL.B.）或以上学历，国内顶尖院校或海外法学院毕业
- **3–5 年相关执业经验**
- **必须有至少 3 年海外工作经验**
- （香港经验同等认可）
- **中文普通话流利**
- 硬性要求
- 英语书面及口头表达优秀
