- 熟悉设计文件质量审查、供应商质量管理、制造监督、工厂验收测试（FAT）、现场验收测试（SAT）、施工质量控制等全过程质量管理工作。
- 能够协调设计、采购、施工及客户团队之间的质量管理接口。
- 具备项目早期质量风险识别及预防能力，而不仅限于施工阶段质量检查。
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing quality throughout the full oil & Gas EPC project lifecycle, including:
• Construction Quality Management
- Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Quality Activities
- Strong understanding of quality control and assurance requirements during engineering deliverables review, vendor document approval, supplier audits, manufacturing inspections, FAT/SAT activities, and site construction execution.
- Experience coordinating quality interfaces between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Client teams.
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate quality risks during early project phases rather than focusing solely on construction-stage inspections.
