  • Description: Overview Our client is a leading large-scale organization operating in the Fashion and Cosmetics Retail sector. We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Head of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing function, drive strategic growth initiatives, strengthen brand equity, and accelerate digital transformation across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires an experienced marketing leader with a strong understanding of the Saudi consumer market, retail dynamics, and modern digital marketing strategies. Description Strong experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing within Saudi Arabia, preferably with leading companies in the FMCG, Retail, Beauty, Fashion, or related sectors. Female candidates are preferred. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Saudi market, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing trends, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strategic Marketing Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives and growth plans.
  • Drive strategic marketing initiatives that support revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align marketing objectives with overall business goals.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Growth

  • Lead the company’s digital marketing transformation and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and optimize performance marketing strategies across digital platforms.
  • Enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through innovative digital campaigns.
  • Drive e-commerce growth through data-driven marketing initiatives and customer-centric strategies.

Brand Management & Market Positioning

  • Oversee the development, positioning, and execution of integrated brand campaigns across the fashion and cosmetics retail portfolio.
  • Strengthen brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share within the Saudi market.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.

Market Research & Consumer Insights

  • Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging opportunities and evolving consumer trends.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive activity to support strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize data and insights to develop effective growth strategies and marketing programs.

Budget Management & Roi Optimization

  • Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor marketing performance and allocate resources effectively across digital, traditional, and retail marketing channels.
  • Establish KPIs and performance measurement frameworks to ensure marketing effectiveness.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strong collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Retail Operations, and E-Commerce teams.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with agencies, media partners, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that enhance brand visibility and support commercial objectives.
  • Represent the organization in relevant industry events and marketing initiatives.
