Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing strategies for brand awareness, consumer engagement, and commercial growth across the region
- Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant campaigns adapting messaging, content, and consumer experiences
- Lead planning and execution of new product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional activations, retail initiatives, and commercial marketing programs
- Partner with regional commercial, sales, retail, and e commerce teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue targets
- Build and execute consumer first marketing strategies across digital, social media, CRM, performance marketing, PR, influencer marketing, experiential marketing, retail marketing, and e commerce
- Drive marketing excellence across online and offline retail environments ensuring consistent brand visibility and premium consumer experiences
- Develop effective retail marketing programs to enhance shopper engagement, improve in store execution, and strengthen retail account partnerships
- Manage annual marketing calendar, campaign budgets, and agency partnerships to maximize effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders on brand positioning, campaign execution, and product launch strategies
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, competitive activity, and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
- Lead external agencies across creative, media, digital, PR, influencer marketing, production, and events for best in class execution
- Champion innovation, data driven decision making, and consumer insights to enhance marketing performance and customer engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline; MBA is an advantage
- 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience in premium consumer products, home appliances, consumer electronics, lifestyle, or fast moving consumer retail categories
- Demonstrated experience managing regional marketing operations within GCC or Middle East markets
- Proven track record of leading integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, retail, e commerce, CRM, PR, influencer marketing, and experiential channels
- Strong understanding of premium consumer branding, product marketing, retail marketing, and shopper marketing
- Experience working with global brand teams and adapting campaigns for local market execution
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to align marketing investments with sales performance and business objectives
- Experience collaborating with major retail partners, distributors, and omnichannel sales environments
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using consumer insights and performance metrics

Role Purpose

- Experience managing premium brands sold through major retail chains, specialty retailers, omnichannel platforms, and e commerce channels within the GCC is highly preferred.
