The
Head of Marketing
will lead the development and execution of the Middle East marketing strategy for a leading
global consumer goods and lifestyle products company
, driving brand growth, brand awareness, and brand equity while supporting demand generation, revenue growth, and market share expansion across the GCC and Levant markets.
As a member of the regional leadership team, the role will define the regional brand and marketing roadmap, oversee major product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, and ensure exceptional execution across the full consumer journey, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, public relations, retail marketing, and e-commerce channels.
The Head of Marketing will also build and manage strategic partnerships with agencies, content creators, retailers, and commercial partners while leading the regional marketing team and external agency network to deliver best-in-class marketing initiatives, accelerate consumer demand, drive conversion, and strengthen the company's position as a market leader across its consumer product categories in the Middle East.
Regional Marketing Strategy
- Define and lead the Middle East marketing strategy aligned with global brand direction and regional commercial priorities
- Drive brand awareness, brand equity and share of voice across GCC and Levant markets
- Own the regional marketing roadmap and ensure marketing investment drives demand generation, sell-through and market share growth
- Act as regional brand guardian, ensuring alignment with global brand standards while adapting for local market nuances
- Partner with commercial leadership to align marketing strategy with business priorities, product launches and growth targets
- Lead and develop the regional marketing team, setting clear priorities, performance objectives and capability development plans
- Manage regional marketing planning, budgets and performance
Integrated Marketing & Campaigns
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR and retail channels
- Ensure campaigns deliver full-funnel impact across brand building, demand generation and conversion
- Manage agency partners across media, creative, PR and influencer to deliver high-impact campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling and campaign execution across markets
Product Launch & Go-To-Market
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches across Shark and Ninja categories in the region
- Collaborate with global product, brand and commercial teams to ensure strong launch execution and market impact
- Translate product innovation into compelling consumer messaging relevant to Middle East audiences
- Ensure launches are supported by integrated campaigns, retail activation and strong demand generation
Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Define and lead the regional social and creator strategy across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube
- Build influencer and creator partnerships that drive brand awareness, product discovery and demand generation
- Develop a strong pipeline of social-first content aligned with brand and campaign priorities
- Use social insights and trends to inform campaign strategy and content development
Retail & E-Commerce Marketing
- Lead marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence across key retail partners and e-commerce platforms including Amazon and Noon
- Ensure strong brand visibility and product storytelling across physical and digital retail environments to drive demand capture and conversion
- Align marketing initiatives with retail calendars, promotional moments and commercial trading priorities
Partnerships & Market Development
- Build and manage the regional marketing organization and agency ecosystem while developing strategic partnerships across creators, retailers, agencies and complementary brands
- Identify collaboration opportunities that expand reach, strengthen brand awareness and drive consumer engagement
- Provide strategic marketing leadership to distributor partners across the region
- Ensure alignment on brand standards, campaign execution and marketing investment across markets
Performance & Insights
- Track and analyse marketing performance across campaigns, channels and markets
- Use consumer insights, market data and retail performance to optimise marketing strategies and improve ROI
- Monitor brand health, demand generation and campaign effectiveness to strengthen brand equity and market impact
- Provide performance reporting and strategic recommendations to regional leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 10+ years of marketing experience within consumer goods, consumer technology, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
- Proven experience leading full-funnel marketing strategies including brand building, demand generation and major product launches
- Experience launching and scaling brands across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of Middle East consumer behavior, retail environments and digital ecosystems
- Proven experience building and leading marketing teams and managing agency ecosystems
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
