• We are currently seeking an ambitious leader to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
• In this role, you will:
• **Own Liabilities & Payments strategy (CASA, Deposits, Payments):** Define and manage product, pricing and marketing plans to meet customer needs and grow penetration/market share.
• **Drive financial performance:** Manage a significant balance sheet and P&L, delivering FRP outcomes through balance growth, margin optimization, fee/interest income and payment usage.
• **Optimize and evolve the product portfolio:** Use market trends, customer segmentation and portfolio reviews to identify gaps/opportunities, prioritize initiatives and maintain a competitive proposition.
• **Lead change and capability delivery:** Provide product expertise and deliver change programs, including multi-channel and Mobile-led enhancements, to hit revenue and digital delivery targets.
• **Improve customer journeys and experience:** Streamline end-to-end processes, strengthen customer communications, and partner with Customer Experience teams to resolve pain points and improve satisfaction/NPS.
• **Ensure governance and controls:** Maintain 1st line accountability for controls, policy-compliant product launches, and effective engagement/influence across key UAE governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• + Minimum 10 years’ experience in transaction banking product development / sales / marketing within leading financial institutions.
• + Solid product knowledge across **CASA, deposits and payments**, with a proven product development track record.
• + Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes and take responsibility for end-to-end commercial KPIs (balance, margin, fees, usage).
• + Experience coordinating across sales, training, IT and financial planning, and delivering multi-function projects successfully.
• + Excellent relationship-building, influence and leadership skills, able to make tough decisions and drive high standards across Group/country partners.
• + Experience across developed and developing markets, culturally sensitive to local needs, with strong emotional intelligence and integrity, including comfort operating within a risk & control environment.
• + A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit.
• If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
