- We're looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations to lead the design, implementation, and management of our technology ecosystem.
- You'll bring deep experience across SAP, HP Greenlake, Microsoft, cloud environments, backup, and emergency infrastructure.
- This is a strategic leadership role, and you'll be accountable for reliability, scalability, security, and the governance of our managed service partners.
- What you'll be doing:
- Developing and executing an IT infrastructure strategy aligned to the company's goals
- Overseeing day-to-day IT operations across on-premise and cloud-based environments, including networks, systems, and service desk
- Leading and managing the IT operations team, setting policies, procedures, and best practices for efficiency and compliance
- Collaborating with the security team to implement robust security measures, data privacy controls, and regulatory compliance across infrastructure and applications
- Building and maintaining relationships with key technology vendors and partners
- Leading large-scale migration projects while keeping day-to-day operations running
- Driving DevOps adoption across the IT organization, working with business relationship teams to improve development and deployment pipelines
- Providing leadership to the application development team, ensuring timely delivery of quality software
- Overseeing the design, procurement, installation, and maintenance of servers, storage, network, and cloud services
- Maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Managing the IT infrastructure budget in line with financial targets
- Transitioning IT operations to managed services and holding those partners accountable to SLAs and performance expectations
- What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure, operations, or a related leadership role
- Hands-on experience with SAP technologies and modules, including SAP HANA
- Proficiency across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or HP Greenlake) and hybrid/on-prem environments
- Strong understanding of networking, server infrastructure, storage, and cloud services
- Experience managing DevOps pipelines and supporting application development lifecycles
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise platform integrations
- Solid grasp of IT security principles, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing vendors and third-party managed service providers
- Background in mobility solutions and web technologies (nice to have)
- Background in hospitality, real estate, or multi-site enterprise environments
- Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder organizations with diverse technology portfolios
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Nice to have:
- Exposure to mobility solutions and web technologies
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations with diverse technology portfolios
