The company is hiring its first Head of HR to build the people function from the ground up, with ownership of how HR is established as the business scales.
The role reports directly to the CEO and COO.

The role reports directly to the CEO and COO.
What you'll do
- Build HR policies, procedures, and governance across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and future markets.
- Lead recruitment strategy for corporate, technical, operational, and commercial functions.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, compensation structures, and salary benchmarking.
- Establish performance management, including KPIs, reviews, and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
- Develop training, leadership development, and career progression frameworks.
What the role requires
- At least 8 years of HR experience, including previous HR management responsibility.
- A track record of building or transforming HR functions.
- Strong payroll, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning experience.
- Strong UAE labor law knowledge; GCC or multi-country HR experience is preferred.
- Excellent English; Arabic is preferred.
- Experience in a multinational or large organization is strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Base salary is AED 55,000 per month.
