Role overview

The role builds the sales function and works directly alongside the founder.
What you will do
- Win UAE companies, typically SMEs and mid-sized businesses moving away from traditional broker arrangements, onto the platform.
- Own the sales cycle from first conversation with HR or a CEO through onboarding.
- Build and leverage relationships with insurers across the UAE market.
- Join the founder in CEO-level and government meetings.
- Represent the brand at events.
- Work toward a monthly target of new insured lives.
What you need
- Around 3 to 5 years of UAE medical insurance experience at a broker, insurer, or TPA.
- Hands-on group medical knowledge covering quotes, census files, additions and deletions, claims, renewals, and DHA and DoH requirements.
- Genuine excitement about technology and startups, with drive to help build something new.
- Confidence with CEOs, HR heads, and senior stakeholders.
- Independent, positive, make-it-happen attitude.
- Existing client and insurer relationships are a strong plus.
- Arabic and/or French is a significant plus.
- Based in Dubai and able to work from the DIFC office five days a week to start.
Compensation and opportunity
- Basic salary is AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month, dependent on experience, plus commission on revenue brought in.
- The earnings package is flexible and target-oriented; equity potential is available for the right person.
- The role offers a potential early path to General Manager.
Workplace
- The role is based in Dubai and starts with five days a week at the DIFC office.
