About The Role

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing the full HR function, ensuring that people strategies align with business objectives while maintaining compliance with UAE Labour Law and industry regulations.

The role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR operations, and organizational development.

Hr Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on people-related matters.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures.

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee hiring for sales, operations, dealing, compliance, finance, marketing, IT, and support functions.
  • Improve employer branding and candidate experience.

Employee Relations

  • Handle disciplinary cases, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Performance Management

  • Develop and oversee KPI and appraisal systems.
  • Support department heads in performance improvement initiatives.
  • Drive succession planning and talent development.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking.
  • Review annual salary increments and bonus recommendations.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs.
  • Develop leadership development programs.
  • Manage onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.

Hr Operations

  • Oversee payroll, leave management, attendance, HRIS, and employee records.
  • Ensure HR processes are efficient and compliant.
  • Monitor HR metrics and reporting.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Manage employment contracts, visas, work permits, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and government authorities where necessary.
  • Support internal and external audits.

Organizational Development

  • Lead organizational restructuring when required.
  • Implement change management initiatives.
  • Develop policies to improve productivity and employee satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of extensive HR experience.
  • At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership position.
  • Previous experience in Forex, Financial Services, FinTech, Brokerage is
  • highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa regulations.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
