Brand System is the holding and structuring company behind a fast-growing international group based in Dubai.
Our group specializes in the creation, development, and scaling of brands across multiple industries.
One of our core activities is e-commerce, with a strong focus on premium men’s fashion through one of our leading brands.
Alongside fashion, our group is also active in Education, Supply Chain, Finance & Structuring, and Software solutions.
Brand System acts as the central force connecting and structuring all companies within the group, supporting their operational growth, international expansion, and long-term vision.
As we are entering a new phase of accelerated development, we are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to oversee the HR structure of the entire Group.
Tasks
- As Group Human Resources, you will play a key strategic role in supporting the rapid international growth of the Group and strengthening the company’s internal structure.
- You will oversee all HR functions across the Group companies, including talent acquisition, organizational development, HR strategy, performance management, financial HR control, and internal career development.
- Working directly with management, you will help build a strong company culture adapted to a dynamic, international, and fast-evolving environment.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition across all group companies.
- Manage employee performance reviews, internal career development, and talent retention strategies.
- Act as an internal career advisor and support employee growth within the Group.
- Supervise HR financial control, payroll structures, budgeting, and P&L-related HR analysis.
- Support management in organizational scaling and international expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Strong international profile with proven international experience.
- Previous experience in e-commerce and digital business environments is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of HR financial control, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to work in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.
- English professional proficiency required.
- French speaker is considered a very strong plus.
