Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in telecommunications, particularly in broadband, fiber, or wireless home services.
• Proven success in P&L management with a track record of growing subscriber bases and delivering revenue/profit targets.
• Strong background in Geo Marketing, marketing, product development, and customer experience management.
• Experience working in the Middle East or similar fast-evolving markets, ideally from a challenger Fiber player
• Fibre and 5G Home subscriber acquisition and base growth.
• Revenue growth and EBITDA margin achievement.
• Churn reduction and customer lifetime value (CLV) improvement.
