As part of our continued growth strategy, Virtua is launching a dedicated Health & Beauty practice to support brands across cosmetics, skincare, wellness, personal care and broader beauty ecosystems.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Executive Search – Health & Beauty to build and lead a new vertical within the firm.
This is a 360° executive search role with full responsibility for developing client relationships, delivering senior mandates, and establishing Virtua as a trusted advisor to leading Health & Beauty brands globally.
The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO to shape strategy, win new business and deliver high‑impact executive placements across international markets.
Market Development & Client Acquisition
- Build and lead Virtua’s Health & Beauty executive search practice globally.
- Develop relationships with leading beauty, cosmetics, skincare, wellness and personal care brands.
- Originate new executive search mandates across C‑suite and senior leadership functions.
Executive Search Delivery (360° Role)
- Lead the full end‑to‑end executive search process including briefing, search strategy, candidate identification, interviewing and offer management.
- Deliver senior leadership appointments across commercial, digital, marketing, operations and general management functions.
Sector Expertise & Market Intelligence
- Develop deep insight into the global Health & Beauty talent landscape.
- Advise clients on leadership structure, talent strategy and organisational design.
Practice Building
- Work with the CEO to establish Health & Beauty as a strategic growth vertical within Virtua.
- Support the development of a dedicated Health & Beauty search team as the practice grows.
Candidate Profile
- Background within Health & Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, wellness or personal care sectors.
- Experience within executive search, consulting or industry leadership roles.
- Strong industry relationships and ability to originate new business.
Ideal Backgrounds
- Executive search professionals specialising in consumer or beauty sectors.
- Consultants or advisors within the beauty industry.
- Senior commercial or leadership professionals within beauty brands seeking a move into search.
Personal Attributes
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts.
- Relationship‑driven and credible with senior industry leaders.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable operating in a high‑performance 360° search environment.
