Overview
Hays is partnering with a confidential organisation who is currently entering a scale-up phase with a strong focus on fundraising and Saudi expansion.
They are seeking a Head of Fundraising to join their leadership team in Sharjah.
Role Overview
This is a senior leadership role focused primarily on fundraising and driving strategic growth and operations.
The successful candidate will lead revenue generation, expand the organisation’s presence into Saudi Arabia, and strengthen relationships with key corporate and institutional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and personally deliver fundraising initiatives
- Drive KSA expansion, including market entry and alignment with Vision 2030
- Build and manage strong GCC stakeholder relationships (UAE & KSA focus)
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee organisational performance
Requirements
- Commercially driven senior leader with a strong personal fundraising track record (essential)
- Experience in setting up or expanding operations in Saudi Arabia
- Experience reporting to the Boards, corporates, and government stakeholders
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of operating in a growth-stage environment
