• A leading Entity is looking for a Head of Finance [ Emaratization ].
• The ideal candidate must be qualified accountant with 10-15 years exp in all financial activities, from budgeting, revenue, P&L, reporting, working capital and cashflow management, financial planning, analysis, Compliance and Risk.
• **Main Responsibilitie**

• Advising Management on all financial aspects. Prepare the finance strategy in line with the organization’s overall strategy and mission and ensure that the Finance function is positioned as a key service provider and partner to the busin
• ess.
• **Responsible for Finance planning and analysis, operating and revenue budgets and business plans ensuring adherence to the organization’s strategic objectives & goals, and compliance with requisite guidelines and time targ**
• ets.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts for the organization, so as to provide clear insight into its financial condition enabling high quality and agile decision mak
• ing.
• **Lead and manage the Finance and Accounting teams. Coach, develop and mentor team mem**

• Oversee budgeting and cost control across departments financial strategy, budgeting, and overall financial managem
