Job Responsibilitie
- S:Responsible for the activities of all the kitchens, MICE and retail outlet activities within the comple
- x.To maintain and improve productivity, quality, service and guest satisfaction under direction of the Senior Director - Culinar
- y.Be alert and aware of all the market trends and related technology and introduce plans to implement relevant improvements in coordination with the Senior Director - Culinar
- y.Plan, develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures to attain overall goals, budgeted financial results and objectives of the departmen
- t.Monitor and assess cost control and cost reduction measure
- s.Set the broad lines and overall targets of the annual budget for the various sections with the department, approves final submission and presents it to the Senior Director – Culinar
- y.Review and assess customer satisfaction with products and services in coordination with Senior Director - Culinary, Director Commercial and Director of Operation
- s.Maintain a professional relationship with tenants/guests/customer and suppliers to ensure a prompt and high standard of servic
- e.Handle suggestions and complaints by tenants/guests/customers/suppliers, process, and refer requests/complaints to relevant department heads to ensure they are dealt with promptly and efficientl
