Job Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
This role ensures strong financial control, supports strategic decision-making, and drives financial performance in alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of
- annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Monitor financial performance and provide
- variance analysis with clear recommendations
- Oversee
- monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with
- financial policies, IFRS standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage
- cash flow, cost control, and financial risk
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure audit readiness
- Support senior management with
- financial insights and strategic planning
- Supervise and develop the finance team to ensure high performance
- Review and approve financial transactions, reports, and reconciliations
- Enhance financial processes, systems, and controls (ERP systems like Oracle preferred)
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field**
- (Master’s degree preferred)
- **Professional certification is mandatory**
- :
- CPA / ACCA / CMA / CA
- Minimum
- 8–12 years of experience
- in finance, with at least
- 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of:
- Financial reporting standards (
IFRS
- )
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial analysis and modeling
- Experience in
- ERP Fusion systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
