Lead the execution engine for complex HVAC and energy-efficiency projects across India.
Own project delivery from engineering and procurement through site execution and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale EPC capability for HVAC, automation, and energy-efficiency projects.
- Create execution architecture, standardized SOPs, planning frameworks, and governance systems.
- Build and mentor teams across project management, engineering, site execution, and procurement.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from design finalization to commissioning.
- Improve on-time completion, project margins, and control of execution risks and overruns.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with site conditions.
- Integrate automation and technology platforms and align engineering, product, and execution teams.
- Monitor costs, margins, project risks, profitability, and commercial risks.
Experience and qualifications
- 15–20 years of experience in EPC, MEP, HVAC, or infrastructure project execution.
- Experience delivering complex projects from design through commissioning and managing multiple large projects across locations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and establish scalable execution systems and SOPs.
- Strong commercial acumen for managing margins, risks, and financial performance.
- Clear communication with engineering teams, vendors, site teams, and leadership.
- Any graduation.
