About the Company
: Drive technical excellence and execution quality for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to act as the final technical authority for a major EPC player in the Middle East.
About the Role
: Lead E&I project execution across the EPC lifecycle, ensuring compliance, constructability, and on-time delivery.
You will set technical standards, approve engineering deliverables, and guide project managers to achieve right-first-time functionality.
Core Responsibilities
- :
- Serve as the final technical authority for all E&I systems.
- Approve technical direction and enforce compliance with international codes.
- Drive construction execution excellence, resource optimization, and schedule adherence.
- Oversee commissioning strategies for zero technical non-compliance.
- Champion continuous improvement and lean practices for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications in E&I or Project Management are an advantage.
Required Skills
- :
- 20–22 years of experience in E&I execution within Middle East Oil & Gas.
- Expertise in Instrumentation & Control Systems (DCS, ESD, F&G) and Electrical Systems (Power Distribution, HV/LV).
- Strong leadership in technical compliance and project delivery.
