What You Will Be Doing

• Designing and refining an AI-powered learning ecosystem that demonstrably surpasses traditional education, validated by concrete improvements in student performance metrics
• Interacting directly with students via virtual channels to capture their learning journeys, obstacles, and achievements, translating these insights into continuous ecosystem enhancements
• Analyzing platform data to identify actionable opportunities and engineer high-impact academic strategies using AI/ML, learning science, and evidence-based motivational techniques
• Fostering a culture of rigorous experimentation and data-informed decision-making, using analytics to drive transformative gains in student progress
• Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to convert academic insights and student input into streamlined product improvements

Head Of Curriculum Key Responsibilities Lead innovation in AI-enabled, teacher-independent education to achieve superior student results across multiple campuses. Integrate data analysis with consistent student interaction to iteratively refine our learning ecosystem, with success defined by AP exam scores and MAP assessment gains.

Basic Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Leadership experience in education or EdTech
• Experience applying AI technologies in an educational or professional context
• Experience designing and implementing AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches
• Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
