About This Role
Overview
Our client is a new to the UAE, financial services organisation that is looking for a Head of Client Growth & Relationship Management to support the Chief Business Officer to build a scalable, data-driven client growth engine aligned with FSRA regulatory standards and the bank’s digital-first operating model.
The role will lead the bank’s end-to-end customer growth, acquisition, onboarding, segmentation, engagement, retention, and relationship strategy.
Client Growth & Digital Acquisition
- Develop the banks digital customer acquisition strategy
- Lead performance marketing initiatives across all social media platforms
- Optimise acquisition funnels using data analytics and A/B testing
- Manage digital campaigns in compliance with FSRA marketing and promotion regulations
Digital Customer Onboarding
- Ensure successful customer onboarding with improvement of onboarding conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Relationship Management Strategy
- Build and lead a client relationship management framework for a digital bank
- Develop retention, upselling and cross-selling strategies
Commercial Strategy & Pricing
- Contribute to defining pricing strategies for all client segments
- Design and evaluate promotional campaigns and incentive structures
- Align pricing strategies with profitability targets and regulatory constraints
Key Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 10 years in customer acquisition in the banking sector
- Demonstrated experience in digital customer acquisition
- Experience working within a regulated financial institution
- Strong commercial and pricing strategy capability
- Strong vendor negotiation and management experience
- Deep expertise in digital customer onboarding
