Overview
- We’re hiring: Head of Digital & AI (Abu Dhabi)
- This is not a standard leadership role.
- We’re looking for a senior, heavyweight operator who can own enterprise-wide digital and AI transformation end-to-end.
- This role sits at the intersection of:
- Enterprise systems (ERP, HR, finance, operations)
- AI strategy, productization & delivery
- Governance, risk, and value realization at scale
- 👉 You will be responsible for taking a large organization from
- systems-led → product-led → AI-enabled
- .
- 🔍 What we’re looking for
- This requires someone who has:
- 15+ years' experience
- leading complex digital transformation programs
- ✔ Proven ownership of
- enterprise platforms + AI initiatives at scale
- ✔ Experience designing and running
- target operating models (interface, delivery, run)
- ✔ Strong track record managing
- vendors, partners, and large delivery ecosystems
- ✔ Ability to operate at
- board level while still driving execution
- You will:
- Own
- AI portfolio, governance, and investment decisions
- Drive
- enterprise-wide operating model transformation
- Ensure
- AI moves from POC → production → measurable business value
- Lead
- internal capability build while managing external delivery partners
- Be accountable for
- real outcomes, not just roadmaps
- We’re looking for someone who is:
- A
- true enterprise leader
- , not just a functional head
- Comfortable in
- highly regulated / complex environments
- Able to balance
- control, governance, and innovation
- Proven in delivering
- large-scale AI and digital programmes
