This strategic role is pivotal in shaping the Bank’s data ecosystem, ensuring robust architecture, governance, and delivery of actionable insights across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Bank’s enterprise-wide data strategy in collaboration with the CDIO.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable
- data architecture

- technology platforms

- Establish and enforce

- Oversee data integration, migration, and automation initiatives across the enterprise.
- Drive the development of secure, high-performance data infrastructure aligned with regulatory and business needs.
- Partner with IT and digital transformation teams to build advanced analytics capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions and architecture blueprints.
- Ensure compliance with QCB and other regulatory bodies through robust data controls.
- Promote innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies in data and analytics.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, architects, and analysts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Technology, Data Science, or Management is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with a strong focus on

- Proven experience in leading enterprise data programs and building scalable data solutions.
- Strong understanding of big data technologies, cloud platforms, and data security.
