Role Overview

Business Growth and Bidding

• Lead the Data Center EPC business line, including strategy, growth plans, and business targets.
• Develop opportunities and relationships with clients, OEMs, technology vendors, consultants, and delivery partners.
• Coordinate with sales, bidding, and technical teams and participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Support tendering, estimation, value engineering, vendor evaluation, and equipment selection.

Technical Leadership

• Review and approve solutions covering power, cooling, BMS/DCIM, ICT/ELV, and control systems.
• Conduct technical due diligence, feasibility assessments, and constructability reviews during pre-bid stages.
• Maintain technical specifications, design templates, best practices, BOQs, material specifications, and technical submittals.
• Provide commercial and technical support for contract scope, risks, assumptions, and exclusions.

Project Delivery and Team

• Support project execution within budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Ensure quality and commissioning requirements are incorporated into delivery.
• Coordinate Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, and IT Infrastructure teams for integrated solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Data Center technical team.

Experience and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
• The role requires 10–15 years of total experience, preferably in EPC or design-build environments.
• Strong data center project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in tendering, estimation, value engineering, contract risk management, client management, and multidisciplinary coordination is required.

Technical Knowledge

• Required knowledge includes power infrastructure, cooling systems, ICT/ELV, BMS/DCIM, controls, reliability and availability concepts, and commissioning readiness.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills are required.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, NEBOSH IGC, and Certified Data Centre Professional certifications are preferred.
