Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations and manage the culinary team.
• Develop menus and recipes in line with operational requirements.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of food and beverages.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and food cost control.
• Implement food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Train and develop kitchen staff while improving operational performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong experience in managing and operating hotel kitchens or upscale restaurants.
• Ability to create and develop diverse menus that cater to a wide range of tastes and cultures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in food cost control, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both international and specialty cuisines.
• Ability to manage high-volume food production and buffet operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
