Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeper Supervisor located in Jiddah.
The Housekeeper Supervisor will oversee the housekeeping team, ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, and manage daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
Responsibilities
include staff scheduling, training team members, inspecting rooms and public areas, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring excellent service to guests.
The role requires close collaboration with other departments to maintain smooth operational workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and training skills to manage and develop a housekeeping team
- Proficiency in laundry operations and attention to detail in ensuring cleanliness
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for positive guest interactions
- Exceptional organization skills to manage schedules and inventory effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver consistent quality
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or management is a plus
