The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Indian cuisine, Arabic cuisine, BBQ/grill, and multi-cuisine menu planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall kitchen operations and daily food preparation.
- Prepare and supervise Indian, Arabic, grill, and multi-cuisine dishes with consistency and quality.
- Develop new menu items, specials, and seasonal dishes.
- Maintain food quality, presentation standards, and portion control.
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor stock levels, kitchen inventory, and food costs.
- Coordinate with restaurant management for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during busy hours.
- Minimize wastage and maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Handle kitchen scheduling and staff discipline.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a multi-cuisine restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Indian Cuisine
- Arabic Cuisine
• Grill & BBQ
- Tandoor and live kitchen operations
- Ability to manage a full kitchen team independently.
- Good knowledge of food costing and kitchen inventory management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
