Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior advisors in conducting research, data analysis, and preparing client presentations.
  • Assist in the development of advisory reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
  • Help maintain project documentation and track progress against deliverables.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

  • Internship or project experience in consulting, advisory, or related fields.
