Qualifications

• A good standard of secondary education or an NVQ equivalent.
• Strong hand skills and manual dexterity (to be demonstrated via a practical trade test).
• Attributes & Competencies:
• Passion to Learn: High curiosity, enthusiasm, and a strong drive to build specialist skills.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistently delivering quality work.
• Mindset: Positive, organized, proactive, and resourceful when faced with practical problems.
