What You’ll Bring
- 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within luxury retail or hospitality.
- Proven success leading multiple locations with P&L responsibility and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, build high-performing teams, and develop strong succession pipelines.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail, clienteling, omnichannel strategy, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Additional language skills and SAP experience are a plus.
- Flexibility to travel and work retail hours, including weekends and client events, as business needs require.

- Expected Salary Range: 200,000 – 250,000 base salary
- Salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
