Role overview
Guest Services Executive - Front Office opportunity at Madinat Jumeirah from September 2026 onwards.
The role focuses on front-office guest service, personalized assistance, and coordination across resort departments.
Duties
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with personalized service.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, and Food and Beverage teams.
- Arrange transportation, dining reservations, and amenities; resolve minor complaints and escalate complex issues.
- Promote hotel services and amenities, upsell where appropriate, maintain guest records, and support VIP and repeat guest recognition.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of customer service or front-desk experience within hospitality.
- International work experience and understanding of cultural differences, with a respectful approach to others.
- English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking is essential.
- Russian, Spanish, French, or Arabic language knowledge is desired.
