Front Desk Agent in the hotel Front Office team, reporting to the Front Office Supervisor.

Collaborates with Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Bell Services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain positive guest relations.
- Resolve complaints professionally and effectively to support guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts, process payments, and follow cashiering procedures.
- Communicate guest information, special requests, and VIP details to relevant departments.
- Manage room assignments, reservation updates, and daily status reports accurately.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role.
- Strong attention to detail; able to work with speed, accuracy, and good judgment under pressure.
- Confident using property management systems and accessing and inputting information quickly.
- Fluent in spoken, written, and reading English; additional languages are a plus.
- Able to work independently and with a team while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
- Adaptable and organized, with the ability to remain calm while serving guests.
