The Purchasing team supports daily hotel operations through timely procurement, supplier partnerships, inventory management, and operational standards.
The supervisor reports to the Purchasing Manager and works with Receiving, Storeroom, Finance, Cost Control, and operational teams.

Support procurement activities, vendor management, inventory controls, and purchasing administration.
Ensure goods and services are sourced efficiently and competitively in line with company policies and operational requirements.
Maintain supplier relationships, support inventory management, ensure purchasing-procedure compliance, and deliver business value through purchasing practices.
Responsibilities
- Source and purchase goods and services and coordinate delivery across the hotel.
- Maintain approved supplier relationships and identify alternative sources to maximize value and quality.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and storage practices to maintain operational readiness and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and compliance with Receiving, Storeroom, and Cost Control teams.
- Prepare quotations, price comparisons, bid analyses, and purchasing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HACCP requirements, and operational standards.
Candidate qualifications
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations within hospitality or a similar industry.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and deadline management; attention to detail, accuracy, compliance, and cost control.
- Confidence managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and procurement administration.
- Comfort using inventory systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are advantageous.
