The Front Desk Supervisor is part of the Front Office team, alongside Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, Door, PBX, and Reservations colleagues.
The role reports to the Front Office leadership team and supports guest experiences and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest service delivery.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, supporting guest satisfaction and relationships.
- Lead, train, support, and guide front desk associates to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Monitor room availability, arrivals, departures, and VIP arrangements for accuracy and readiness.
- Maintain compliance with cashiering procedures, guest security protocols, and hotel operational standards.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure accurate room status and timely service.
- Work with Housekeeping, Engineering, Accounting, and other teams to support a seamless guest stay.
Qualifications
- At least two years of front desk experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury property.
- Proficiency with hotel systems and strong administrative skills.
- Clear communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Able to lead, support, train, and motivate a diverse team.
- Able to stay calm, organized, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure environments.
- Guest-focused approach with warmth, confidence, and attention to detail.
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality.
