We manage a portfolio of 70+ units across Dubai's most sought-after addresses, from Emaar Beachfront and Dubai Marina to Downtown Dubai and Creek Harbour, delivering five-star guest experiences and maximising returns for property owners.
About The Role
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team and be the face of Farwell & Gervase on the ground.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role covering check-ins, property inspections, and ensuring every unit meets the standard our guests and owners expect.
You will be directly responsible for the guest's first impression and the property's presentation from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person guest check-ins
- Carry out inspections on new units joining the portfolio
- Complete full inventories for new units
- Install door signs, card stickers, DTCM permit stickers, and smart locks, and update WiFi credentials for new units
- Manage physical keys, fobs, and access cards across the portfolio, including collection, return, and tracking
- Carry out check-out inspections to confirm no damage has occurred, raising support tickets immediately if any issues are identified
- Carry out pre check-in inspections to ensure every property is fully guest-ready — maintaining an average OTA review score of 4.8 stars or above
- Handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting on-site — resolving minor issues directly where possible, and raising a support ticket for anything beyond basic fixes
- If approached by a potential guest or property owner interested in our services, refer them promptly to the relevant department within the business
- Represent Farwell & Gervase professionally and warmly at every guest interaction
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when needed is essential, particularly during peak season.
