Guest Service Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide professional, courteous service.
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, registration, and room assignments.
- Verify reservations, identification, and payment details; respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, room rates, and local attractions.
- Handle telephone calls, guest messages, and special requests.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain guest records and update information in the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Prepare guest bills, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Promote room upgrades and hotel services to maximize revenue.
- Monitor room availability and coordinate room-status updates with Housekeeping.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and follow hotel policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Prepare shift handover reports; report complaints, incidents, maintenance issues, and emergencies to a supervisor.

Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 1,800–7,000 per month.

- Handle guest records and information confidentially and follow hotel policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Process guest payments and cash transactions accurately.
