Responsibilities
- Manage reservations from initial inquiry through post-stay follow-up and handle guest interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Listen to guest needs and recommend or upsell room upgrades, packages, and ancillary services.
- Accurately enter and update guest information, booking details, and special requests in the Property Management System.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales on room inventory and accurate availability.

Pay
- AED 1,800–5,500 per month.
