Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain high levels of
- guest satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with internal departments (housekeeping, front office, operations)
- Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate actions
- Assist in managing VIP guests and special requests
- Maintain records of guest interactions and preferences
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality / Business (preferred)
- **0–3 years of experience**
- in guest relations / customer service / hospitality
- Excellent
- communication skills in English
- (Arabic is a plus)
- Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
