We are looking for a
Guest Relations Officer
who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests.
Role Responsibilities
- **Welcome guests and provide an exceptional visitor experience**
- **Provide information about activities, schedules, and venue guidelines**
- **Handle guest inquiries through in-person, phone, and digital channels**
- **Assist families throughout their visit and address concerns professionally**
- **Coordinate with Operations and Events Teams to ensure smooth guest flow**
- **Support guest area standards, including safety, cleanliness, and organization**
- **Maintain accurate guest records and assist with front desk administrative tasks**
- **Monitor and manage guest feedback, including reviews and ratings on online platforms such as Google Reviews, and provide reports and insights to support service improvements**
- **Prepare guest feedback reports and highlight recurring concerns or opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience**
Requirements
✅ Previous experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Customer Service, Aviation, Hotels, Entertainment, or Family-focused venues
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to handle guest feedback and concerns
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
✅ Friendly, patient, and approachable when interacting with children and families
✅ Basic computer skills and experience with booking/POS systems is an advantage
✅ Additional language skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Hospitality background (Hotel/Aviation experience highly preferred)
⭐ Arabic speaker preferred
⭐ Available to join immediately
