Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with the flexibility for some work-from-home hours.
The Guest Relations Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience and fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities
will include welcoming and assisting clients, addressing inquiries, maintaining thorough communication, and assuring customer satisfaction.
The role also requires collaboration with the team to implement strategies that enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Guest Relations and providing exceptional Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively and build rapport
- A focus on achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction and addressing client concerns effectively
- Experience in Training or onboarding new staff to uphold high service standards
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple client interactions seamlessly
- Ability to adapt to hybrid working conditions and maintain professionalism in both in-office and remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communication, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the mental health or wellness industry is a plus
