Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.
As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, addressing guest needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day tasks include managing guest interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and training staff to enhance service delivery.
You will oversee the guest relations strategy to build lasting and positive relationships with clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Guest Relations and Customer Service to provide exceptional support and maintain positive relationships with clients and visitors.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and internal teams.
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction to ensure all guests' needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Experience in Training to guide and enhance staff performance and service consistency.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Proven ability to handle challenges with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Background or experience in art, creativity-focused roles, or the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
