Role Description
The Guest Relations Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival through departure.
The Guest Relations Manager coordinates with front-of-house and support teams, resolves concerns promptly, and maintains accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Day-to-day activities include supervising guest services, monitoring satisfaction levels, implementing service standards, and supporting training efforts for staff to enhance service quality.
The role also involves preparing brief reports on guest trends and recommending improvements to processes and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests and team members.
- Experience driving Customer Satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and consistent follow-up.
- Background in Training team members on service standards, guest handling procedures, and best practices.
- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or front-of-house operations, preferably in Dubai or similar markets.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
